Most of our designs are the original work of artists, and are under federal copyright protection. This means they may be used privately, but they may not be mechanically reproduced without our written permission. Please consider these points when you are contemplating using our images:

If the stamped items are mechanically reproduced (printed, copied, photocopied, silk-screened, laser-printed or - scanned, or any other means): You may not use our copyrighted images unless you receive written permission from us in advance. You must clear the use of each image with us on an image-by-image basis before you manufacture, print or otherwise reproduce the item in any manner.
3. If you are designing graphics for private or commercial use: You must obtain written permission from us in advance for the use of any of our copyrighted images in your graphic design. This includes business cards, stationery, advertisements, flyers, catalogs, brochures, direct mail and any other commercial materials.
4. Remember: OUR CATALOGS ARE NOT CLIP-ART BOOKS! A fee will be charged for commercial mechanical reproduction of our copyrighted images on an image-by-image, use- by-use basis. Our images may not be mechanically copied or scanned in any manner whatsoever, in part or in whole, without written permission from Rubber Stamps of America in advance. Further, we require that the design or a sample of the item utilizing our image(s) be sent to us for approval before any commercial action on your part occurs.
